No. At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

We offer free shipping on UK mainland orders, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.

No. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Because parcel boxes can be large or heavy, we need a full physical delivery address.

No. The courier or delivery method will be selected based on the product, delivery address, size, and weight of your order.

Many couriers will use a parcel box if it is clearly visible and your delivery instructions are simple.

However, courier behaviour can vary depending on the courier company, driver, parcel type, and delivery rules.

For best results, place the parcel box somewhere easy to see and add clear delivery instructions when ordering online.

Example:

"If no answer, please leave parcel in the secure parcel box by the front door."

Place it somewhere couriers can easily see and access.

Good locations include:

  • Near your front door
  • Inside a porch
  • Beside your entrance

Avoid placing it in hidden areas where couriers might not notice it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the packaging
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Details of any missing parts

Do not throw away the packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

You may be able to return your order under our Returns & Refund Policy, provided it meets the return conditions.

For standard change-of-mind returns, the item should be unused, not installed, not damaged, complete, and returned in its original packaging where possible.

Because parcel boxes can be large or heavy, return costs may be higher than standard parcel returns.
